Converse Shoes

As you know I love to crochet and give majority to charity, especially for the gorgeous little premies at PMH here in Perth via Miracle Babies. Well when browsing Ravelry (which I absolutely love, more than Pinterest lol) I stumbled across these gorgeous Converse Shoes so had to make a pair :) My teenage DD loves and lives in her Converse Shoes, wonder if she would wear a cute crocheted pair? Think they would also make great key-chains if I can make them smaller :)

Very cute hey!

I belong to a number of crochet groups on Facebook, enjoy the friendly atmosphere and how everyone is so helpful and sharing! Such a wealth of knowledge tips and ideas but recently a lot of talk regarding the cost of handmade. I came across this post and thought it very fitting so have shared. What are you views?

I am off to grab a hook and ball of wool! Enjoy your Sunday :)

Teeny Tiny Dresses

I needed a change from wool so have been playing with cotton. It has been really hot the last couple of days and I find it easier to use finer cotton and I just happened across this pattern for these Tiny Dresses, so cute and make up in no time. I thought they would make super cute keyrings for Mother's Day but think they are a little big. I played around a little and even changed the hook down to a 2.00 which didn't change the size a great deal! The smaller Blue/White one is the size I prefer but I like the patten of the larger dress lol

Off now to finish off another WIP, hope I finish it lol still trying to keep to my New Year mission of finishing projects before attempting a new one but I have so many new fav's I want to try... I blame Pinterest :)

Please pop by again and check out what I have been creating, loving the support Xxx

Can't decide ...

Browsing pinterst as you do and I came acoss a number of gorgeous African Flower patterns for throws, I love them. Although now after having made two samplers from two different patterns I can not decide which one I like best... sigh

Would really appreciate some likes for my FB page and if you are addicted to Pinterst like me you can find many of the projects I have done here :)
